​BOOKING POLICY

Mutual Respect of Our Time: Effective time management facilitates high productivity and high achievement. Needless to say, we value time and manage it well here at Ninth House Consulting. Your appointment will start and end at its scheduled time to ensure that we can start our next appointment with our next client on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time. If, on a rare occasion, we start your session late, we will extend your session by those many minutes.

Late Attendance and No Shows: During your appointment slot, we will await your arrival for up to 10 minutes before leaving. If you no show, you forfeit your payment, and must reschedule and pay for another appointment. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time to ensure that we can start our next appointment with our next client on time.

Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your session 1 time if you notify us by email at least 4 hours before your appointment start time. We will not reschedule your appointment more than once, and we will not reschedule your session within 4 hours of your appointment time.

Refund Policy: Purchases of our sessions, services, courses, and products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect privacy and confidentiality at Ninth House Consulting. We will never share personal identifying information with others without your consent. Everything you share during your sessions with us remains confidential.

MODALITY
All our sessions and courses are offered virtually, 100% online. You will receive the necessary web links prior to your appointment or upon purchasing a course.
SESSION DURATION
Schedule the session duration that fits your needs to ensure that we can adequately cover your questions. Our 1-hour sessions are ideal for most clients as they allow for strategizing and a deeper dive into their questions. The 30-minute sessions are best for quick or surface-level matters.
